Responsibilities
- Develop and write comprehensive marketing proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather information and insights for proposal content.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client demands.
- Create and maintain a library of proposal templates and standard content.
- Ensure all proposals are consistent with company branding and messaging.
- Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and compliance with client requirements.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in proposal writing or marketing communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software.
