Lead a Manufacturing Team!
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily production activities in a precision manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands manufacturing, knows how to keep production moving, and can lead a team while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production activities and workflow
- Lead, support, and coordinate manufacturing employees
- Assign work and monitor production throughout the shift
- Ensure production schedules and goals are met
- Monitor quality and address issues as they arise
- Help troubleshoot equipment and production problems
- Train, coach, and provide direction to employees
- Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures
- Communicate production updates and concerns to management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Work hands-on with the team when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing leadership experience required
- Experience as a Foreman, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Lead, or similar role
- Strong hands-on machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Strong math skills, including working with decimals
- Comfortable taking measurements and working with precise specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Schedule & Overtime
- Monday–Friday
- Current schedule: 8:00 AM–4:40 PM
- Schedule will move to 7:00 AM–4:40 PM
- Earlier start time will provide overtime opportunities
- Full-time hours
