We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing / Machine Operator to join a hands-on precision manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operation or production experience who wants to build on their skills and take on additional responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with machinery, has strong math skills, and pays close attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Follow work instructions and production requirements
• Perform basic measurements and calculations
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals
• Learn additional equipment and processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience required
• Must have strong basic math skills, including working with decimals
• Comfortable taking measurements and following precise instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Lead, Production Lead, Machinist, or similar role are encouraged to apply. Those with leadership experience may have an opportunity to take on additional responsibility within the team.

Schedule & Overtime

• Monday–Friday
• Current schedule: 8:00 AM–4:40 PM
• Schedule will move to 7:00 AM–4:40 PM
• Earlier start time will provide overtime opportunities
• Full-time hours
• Long-term opportunity
