Manufacturing Production Employee

Location: Slippery Rock, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Join our manufacturing team and help produce high-quality products in a safe, fast-paced industrial environment. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and machinery.

• Mix, package, and move materials.

• Monitor product quality and complete production documentation.

• Perform basic equipment checks and maintain a clean work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

• Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
