Manufacturing Paint Operator
We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Paint Operator to join our team on 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM). This role is responsible for applying coatings to products in a manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Pay:$16–$20/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint or coatings using spray equipment or other methods
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain paint equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous paint experience required (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
