Manufacturing Helper

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Helper to support our production team in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products. This entry-level position assists Manufacturing Associates with material preparation, assembly, quality checks, and maintaining an organized work area. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Associates with daily production tasks.
• Gather, stage, and organize materials needed for production.
• Help assemble products using hand tools and basic equipment.
• Support material movement throughout the production area.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Perform basic quality checks and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Learn and assist in multiple production areas as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using hand and power tools is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety guidelines.
