for a long-time client in Warren, MI. Our client is a Tier One automotive supplier
with a strong reputation for quality and stability.
Manufacturing Associate – 1st Shift

Pay

$17.50/hour
Shift & Schedule

1st Shift only
-
Start times: 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM
-
Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
Schedule may include 12-hour shifts, 7-day workweeks, and overtime as needed
-
Typical rotation is 19 consecutive workdays followed by 2 days off
Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment per SOPs
-
Assemble automotive components to production specifications
-
Inspect parts for quality and report defects

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
-
Follow all safety policies and procedures
-
Meet daily production goals
-
Work with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, not required
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Basic mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
-
Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
Requirements

Steel-toed footwear required

Must pass a background check and drug screen
