No manufacturing experience required—training provided! As you develop your skills, ongoing training will prepare you for opportunities as a CNC Machine Operator or CNC Machinist.
What You'll Do:

Complete hands-on production tasks following basic blueprints and work instructions.

Check parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.

Learn manufacturing processes, with continued training toward CNC machine operation and machining.
What You'll Need:

Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Ability to read basic blueprints and follow instructions.

Familiarity with basic measuring tools.

Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Dependable attendance and availability for 2nd shift.

Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Willingness to learn and develop your machining skills.
Previous manufacturing experience, experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment, and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
