Job Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and reactive repairs on production equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance and maintenance work orders
- Support facility maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Document maintenance activities and identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend solutions to reduce unplanned downtime
- Assist with 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- Replace or repair defective equipment components as needed
- 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Fabrication and welding experience required
- Ability to work overtime and support additional shifts/weekends as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must pass pre-employment screening
Cleveland, OH (East Side)
$25-$29/hour based on experience + $1.50/hour 2nd Shift Differential
Shift Information
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Must be available for overtime on Fridays as needed.
Training Schedule:
Training will take place on 1st Shift Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with overtime availability.
