Job Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred, with strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Hands-on fabrication and welding experience, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and replace equipment components.
- Strong technical reading skills, including the ability to understand equipment manuals, design drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Flexible team player willing to support maintenance activities on other shifts or weekends when needed.
- Completing maintenance documentation and submitting improvement opportunities for review.
$25–$29/hour, based on experience, plus $3/hour 2nd shift differential
