  • Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and improve equipment and process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Document preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and equipment performance.
  • Assist with training employees on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with cleanroom and semiconductor manufacturing standards.
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements, including proper PPE and chemical-handling procedures.
  • Participate in safety activities, drills, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other maintenance and technical duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree, technical degree, certificate, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with semiconductor wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex production equipment.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom protocols.
  • Experience with LPV, LPCVD, CVD, and/or PVD thin-film equipment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process-control systems.
  • Ability to safely work with chemicals and follow established EHS procedures.
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation, equipment specifications, and SOPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a highly controlled manufacturing environment.
Preferred Semiconductor Equipment Experience
