Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values your skills? We are seeking a motivated maintenance professional with a strong mechanical background to help keep our production equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings.
- Inspect machinery, identify potential issues, and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Complete work orders, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
- Monitor replacement parts inventory and communicate material needs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production personnel, contractors, and vendors.
- Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, fabrication, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Industrial Maintenance certification or vocational training is preferred.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Shift: 1st (6 am 230 pm) (OT as needed)
Wage: $28 to $38 an hour
