Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Elyria, OH
 
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, we'd like to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.

• Manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control circuits preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
