Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and systems while supporting overall facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems and equipment.
  • Install, service, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Conduct general facility repairs and maintenance, including electrical and plumbing work.
  • Identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and communicate repair needs effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required skills and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • Experience working with electrical systems up to 480-volt, 3-phase power.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems ranging from 5-volt DC to 480-volt AC.
  • Must have strong electrical skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with industrial plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and programming concepts.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to connect to and troubleshoot equipment controls.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with industrial robotics and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience using PLC programming and troubleshooting software. (preferred)


Shift 1 st (Monday through Friday with OT as needed)
Salary $25-$35 based on experience
