Nesco Resource is Hiring for a Maintenance Technician:
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
- Install, modify, and maintain production equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to support facility goals
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
