Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment, will ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures and quickly identify root causes.
- Install, adjust, calibrate, and repair machinery and production equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Use meters, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot machinery.
- Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production personnel to prioritize equipment repairs and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and automated production equipment.
