Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and quickly identify root causes.
  • Install, adjust, calibrate, and repair machinery and production equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Use meters, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot machinery.
  • Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to prioritize equipment repairs and minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and automated production equipment.
