Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Pay:$25.75/hour
Shift:
2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM until complete)
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with injection molding maintenance experience to join a growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping production running, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and support equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Complete tooling changeovers and light fabrication/tool repairs.
- Perform routine facility maintenance, including light plumbing and electrical work.
- Support maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining injection molding equipment.
- Knowledge of 24V electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Able to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience with drills, taps, and light fabrication.
- Welding experience and exposure to vibratory feed equipment are a plus.
