Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour and up, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Fridays: Varies based on workload; overtime is common

Great Opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Professional!

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing operation. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company experiencing significant growth over the next 6–10 months.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically skilled individual who understands how manufacturing equipment works and can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses and stamping equipment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Work with mechanical presses and stamping equipment
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and mechanical components
• Perform equipment adjustments and repairs as needed
• Assist with equipment installations and modifications
• Use machining and fabrication skills to support maintenance needs
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Work closely with the production team to keep equipment operating efficiently

What We're Looking For

The most important qualification is strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with presses or stamping equipment.

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Millwright, or similar role
• Experience working with mechanical and/or hydraulic presses preferred
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment functions
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  • Manual lathe
  • Milling machine
  • Surface grinder
  • Welding
  • Torch cutting/burning
  • PLC troubleshooting
  • Electrical/mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You don't need to have every skill listed above. We're looking for someone with a strong mechanical foundation who understands manufacturing equipment and can grow with the organization.
