Maintenance Lead

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations in a high-volume distribution center. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and maximize operational uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
• Assist with workforce planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors.
• Conduct maintenance audits.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment.

Equipment You'll Support

• Conveyor systems
• Material handling equipment
• Distribution center equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance leadership experience
• CMMS experience
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
