Position overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Technician with at least five years of machining experience in a high-technology or aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC lathe setup and operating experience, with CNC mill experience considered a plus.
This individual must be capable of independently setting up, programming, editing, proving out, and operating CNC equipment while producing precision components to exact blueprint specifications. The ability to troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tight tolerances, and work with minimal supervision is essential.
Important: Candidates must be comfortable performing complex machine setups independently and efficiently. This position requires a skilled machinist, not someone whose experience is limited to loading and unloading parts or operating machines using established programs.
