shift hands-on Industrial Machine Shop Manager in Mentor, OH to lead our machine shop operations and support the manufacturing of our industry-leading industrial brush products!
Job Requirements:
- Lead and develop a team of 3+ machine shop employees
- Design, build, and maintain jigs, fixtures, tooling, and production machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Support manufacturing operations through process improvements and equipment maintenance
- Manage machine shop priorities to meet production and quality goals
$75,000 - $80,000 Salary
Monday-Friday | Start Time: 7:20 AM
