Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility, including shop floors, work areas, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas.
- Assist with cleaning and basic preventative upkeep of CNC machines.
- Support the maintenance team with general tasks and daily operations.
- Remove trash and keep work areas organized and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with additional facility maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- No previous maintenance experience required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Comfortable climbing ladders without hesitation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
