Entry Level Machine Operators needed to assist in the Bindery Department. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a production and manufacturing environment.
Position Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- 2 paid 10-minute breaks
- 30-minute paid lunch break
- Starting pay is $16/hour plus overtime opportunities

Essential Functions:
- Assist with saddle binding operations
- Staple stitch books, catalogs, and magazines
- Load machine pockets with printed materials
- Palletize finished products
- Push materials on rolled conveyor systems as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow production instructions and quality standards
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to read job bags and accurately use a ruler
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic preferred
