Looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturing company? We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor production and digital printing equipment.
- Read and follow job tickets and special work instructions.
- Set up materials and assist with production runs.
- Move large rolls of paper and production materials safely.
- Work closely with other departments to meet daily production goals.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and light maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including general housekeeping inside and outside the facility.
- Follow company procedures to protect confidential and proprietary information.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using computers and production equipment.
- Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
- Able to lift and move large, heavy rolls of paper.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work overtime as needed.
