What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate  machines

• Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Make machine adjustments to maintain production and quality standards

• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work with the production team to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of machine experience

• Amada experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and safety-minded
