Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to work with foam used in mattress manufacturing. The operator will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and processing foam to meet specific size and thickness requirements. The ideal candidate must have good measuring skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate foam-cutting machinery.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate foam-cutting machines to cut foam to the required dimensions and specifications.
- Accurately measure foam using measuring tapes, rulers, and other measuring tools.
- Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions.
- Ensure foam is cut to the correct length, width, and thickness.
- Inspect foam for quality, defects, and accuracy before and after cutting.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements.
