Nesco Resource is currently hiring Machine Operators for a textile manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor textile manufacturing machinery.

Set up machines according to production requirements.

Load raw materials and remove finished products.

Monitor machine operation to ensure products meet quality standards.

Inspect materials for defects, inconsistencies, or production issues.

Make minor machine adjustments as needed.

Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues.

Record production and quality information accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Meet daily production and efficiency expectations.

Perform other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous machine operating, textile, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Must be dependable and have reliable attendance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn textile machinery and production processes.
