MACHINE OPERATOR

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Machine Operator to join a supportive production team where people are valued, teamwork matters, and great work is recognized.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.
- Set up equipment and make basic adjustments.
- Perform machine changeovers and replace film, belts, Teflon, and other components.
- Monitor products and equipment for quality and consistency.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic equipment maintenance.
- Follow GMP, OSHA, food-safety, and quality standards.
- Work with the team to keep production running safely and on schedule.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically minded, and eager to learn.
- Manufacturing, food production, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent walking, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced production environment.
