Nesco Resource is hiring a Machine Operator to produce spring products that meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, checking finished products, and keeping accurate production records. Training may be provided on different equipment based on production needs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment according to work instructions.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or equipment issues.
- Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments as trained.
- Record production and inspection results.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures.
- Work with the production team to meet daily goals and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform routine quality checks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and operate different equipment.
Most workweeks are 40 hours, with minimal overtime required.
