Machine Operator – Production & Packaging
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay:
$17.00/hour
This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, packaging, quality checks, and general production duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.
- Set up equipment and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Package and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow production schedules and daily output requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow GMP, food-safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete basic production records and report equipment or quality issues.
- Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and other production tasks.
- Previous food manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Machine operation experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
