1st and 2nd shift openings
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate roll forming equipment to produce quality steel components from blueprints and specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments, inspections, and quality checks to ensure precision and consistency.
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient operation of equipment.
- Record production data and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.
- Use a variety of tools, gauges, computerized controls, and material-handling equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing experience operating industrial machinery; roll forming or rolling mill experience preferred.
- Experience working with steel is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Solid math and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
