Machine Operator-Stress Relief
- Enter appropriate data for parts entering and exiting ovens.
- Processing first piece and part samples for Setup Technicians.
- Responsible for signing off on processes completed.
- Assist Quality Manager with annual CQI-9 self assessment.
- Washing and spinning off of parts, oiling and dying of parts.
- Adhere to the procedures set forth in the quality management system.
- Participate in Corrective and Preventative Action process as CAPA "owner " or team member. Responsibilities include facilitating root cause analysis, creating an action plan, verifying that corrective actions effectively "kill " the problems and applying lessons learned to other product lines as appropriate.
- Ensure that work area is clean and organized according to 5S principles.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Basic math and writing
- Use of computer software programs associated with stress relief process
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
