Machine Operator – Winter Haven, FL
$18/hr | Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm | Some Saturdays Required
Now hiring for a Machine Operator position in a manufacturing environment. Looking for dependable candidates who are mechanically inclined and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Measuring materials and performing basic quality checks
- Assisting with machine setup and troubleshooting
- Performing basic maintenance and keeping work areas clean
- Using hand and power tools as needed
- Supporting production goals and team workflow
- Manufacturing or production
- Machine operation
- Maintenance or mechanical work
- Construction, fabrication, warehouse, or automotive environments
Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work on your feet in an industrial setting.
Pay starts at $18/hr.
