We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Nashua, NH. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking to learn advanced laser machining technology and grow with a company long term.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate computer-controlled laser machining equipment
• Process parts according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Verify machine settings and equipment status prior to operation
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
• Accurately enter production and quality data as required
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Assist with training other operators as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Requirements:
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
