Machine Operator- Flex
Nesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator for a leading spring and coil manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating and flexing into a number of key positions as needed to ensure the facility is staffed at all times

Position Summary 
The Floater is a versatile team member responsible for supporting multiple production areas as needed. This position will rotate between Grinding, Machine Operating, Stress Relief, and Sorting based on daily production demands. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and is comfortable learning and performing multiple manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between Grinding, Machine Operating, Stress Relief, and Sorting departments as assigned.
• Safely operate equipment and perform production tasks according to established procedures.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting parts and identifying defects.
• Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and company procedures.
• Assist with meeting daily production goals by supporting areas with the greatest need.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials as required.
• Flexibility to learn multiple processes and work across different departments.
