What You'll Be Doing:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment while following safety and quality standards.
Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the production process.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.
Complete production documentation and reports as required.
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
