Job Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for engraving personal designs for trophies, working alongside designers and assemblers to ensure every piece is completed beautifully and accurately.
- Accurately assemble or sub-assemble parts according to specifications
- Use basic hand tools to fasten parts together designed from computer programming
- Perform routine checks on assembled products to ensure quality
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations throughout operations
- Coordinate with other team members on computer goals and production procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
- Maintain a neat, organized, and clean workstation
- Possess bilingual skills in Spanish and English to read and match product to work orders accurately
- Be production-oriented and quality-minded, with flexibility to move between areas based on production goals
