Manufacturing Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Wellington, Ohio
Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Pay Rate:$15.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift premium
We are hiring Manufacturing Operators for a growing production facility in Wellington, Ohio. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and interested in long-term employment opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Support team goals and maintain productivity standards
- Adhere to all company safety policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures due to a non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong work ethic and attendance record
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
