Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate:$15.75/hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Load materials and remove finished products from machines.
- Perform basic quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
