Nesco Resource is now hiring for Machine Operator positions at a facility in Conover, NC.
Job Description and Requirements

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

Load materials into machines and monitor equipment during production.

Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.

Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed.

Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.

Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

Must be dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: Starting at $15.25/hour

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + (expect overtime and sometimes work on Saturday)
