Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Pay:$17.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring the manufacturing process, and ensuring products are produced safely and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Monitor equipment during production
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Report equipment or quality issues to a supervisor
• Meet production and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
