Maintenance Mechanic / Machine Cleaner
Shift:
1st or 3rd Shift
Pay:$22.50 per hour
Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic / Machine Cleaner for a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment through cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and preventive maintenance tasks to help maximize machine uptime and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain production machinery in assigned areas.
- Dismantle, clean, assemble, and reset machine components
- Clean blister-sealing equipment and other production machinery as assigned.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Properly use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Post-secondary technical training or related on-the-job experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, lubrication charts, and engineering specifications.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
