Schedule:
- Monday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule Flexibility:
Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule. During peak business periods (including RITA tax season), hours may shift to 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
based on business needs.
Position Summary
This position supports high-volume operational and administrative processing within a fast-paced production environment. Primary responsibilities include operating mail processing equipment, performing manual mail extraction, data entry, and completing routine operational tasks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day while meeting production goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate incoming mail processing equipment, including Falcon mail processing machines.
- Perform manual mail extraction and document processing.
- Complete routine operational and administrative tasks following established procedures.
- Process, organize, file, and maintain documentation accurately.
- Prepare reports and perform routine data entry.
- Assist with verifying documentation and ensuring proper processing procedures are followed.
- Complete assigned work with accuracy while meeting production standards.
- Provide support for routine customer inquiries, service requests, and processing activities when needed.
- Operate transport machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and sit as needed throughout the workday.
- Ability to operate transport and mail processing equipment.
- Ability to perform frequent data entry.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0–1 years of general office, operations, or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptable and open to learning new processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
- Ability to perform high-volume transaction processing accurately.
- Ability to meet daily production goals.
- Proficiency with 10-Key data entry while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Familiarity with loan documentation.
- Experience with payment processing methods, including:
- Lockbox
- ACH
- Wire transfers
- OLDS
- Experience performing routine equipment maintenance.
- Previous experience in high-volume processing or production environments.
