Line Technician II

Our client an American manufacturer of advanced 48V centric DC-DC converters with industry-leading power and current density, enabling breakthrough power delivery performance. As an engineering-focused company, we provide an opportunity to work with some of the most advanced manufacturing processes in the world to assemble the power modules that drive key advancements in AI, electric vehicles, and aerospace.
 
Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime and assisting operators.
• Improve machine setups, changeovers, and equipment performance.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and complete maintenance documentation.
• Train operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist engineering teams with equipment testing, process improvements, and new equipment installations.

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated production equipment, SMT equipment, reflow ovens, AOI systems, molding equipment, or similar machinery.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work with pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, servos, industrial electronics, and automated equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 
Salary Range: $56,000 - $70,000
Addtional 12.5% shift differential for working 2nd shift.
Shift  2nd shift position Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
