Nesco Resource is hiring Line Support Team Members for a well-established client in Waverly, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are looking for long-term stability with growth potential.
Pay

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Shifts Available (Monday–Friday)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
-
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Primary Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Support production lines to ensure product quality meets company standards
-
Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to the Line Operator

Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
-
Perform packing, bottle/can loading, and case/carton forming
-
Learn and follow customer-specific stacking patterns
-
Palletizing and other general labor duties as assigned
-
Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
-
Comfortable working on step ladders and elevated platforms
-
Experience using manual or motorized pallet jacks is a plus
-
Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders

Strong communication and teamwork skills
