Responsibilities:
- Perform light assembly of parts and fittings
- Cap and crimp fittings accurately and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Follow work instructions and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and teamwork throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with small parts and repetitive tasks
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
