Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Picking/Packing
Shifts:10:00am-6:30pm & 11:00am-7:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring all items are prepared for shipment according to company standards. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from inventory based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick tickets

Pack items securely and accurately into boxes or containers for shipping

Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is included

Inspect products for damages or defects before packing
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
-
Assist in loading/unloading trucks or other general warehouse tasks as needed

Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Prior warehouse, picking/packing, or fulfillment center experience is a plus
-
Ability to lift up to [X lbs – commonly 30–50 lbs] and stand for long periods

Basic math and reading skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Team player with a positive attitude
