Nesco Resource is assisting our client in their search for a legal courier/driver to support a leading law firm in Uniondale, NY. If you enjoy driving, have an excellent driving record, and are looking for a professional Monday–Friday position, we’d love to hear from you! Previous experience in a law firm, legal office, or working with area courts is a definite plus. Travel is within the tri-state area.
Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
General duties include:
- File and retrieve documents from area courts using the firm-provided vehicle.
- Deliver trial material to area courts.
- Deliver documents and materials to: lawyers' homes, client offices, etc.
- Occasional chauffeuring of VIP personnel.
- Maintain firm vehicle through use of outside services
- Maintain a published schedule
- Maintain expense account
Qualifications include:
- An excellent driving record
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to reconcile expenses
- Familiarity with area court systems would be helpful.
$40,000-$50,000/year
