Lease Operator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate pumping/flowing oil wells and oil/gas production facilities
- Analyze surface and subsurface production equipment performance
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
- Complete run tickets
- Input daily production data into production accounting system
- Operate a route with little direct supervision
- Assist in training less experienced lease operators as needed
Job Requirements:
- Oil & gas industry experience with production operations experience required
- Computer skills sufficient to utilize production accounting software and access/utilize company website functions
- Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- High school diploma or GED required
- Good driving record required
