Nesco Resource is seeking a hands-on Lead Process Technician / Supervisor with strong automotive injection molding and automation experience to oversee third-shift manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys solving complex processing issues, mentoring employees, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support third-shift production operations
- Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes
- Coordinate mold changes, machine startups, and process stability
- Drive quality, safety, and production performance
- Coach and develop production team members
- Support robotics, automated assembly equipment, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of injection molding experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
- Experience with robotics, automation, and production equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Preferred
- RJG Decoupled Molding Training
- Robotics or automation training
- Experience with automated assembly operations
